Engagement
Before we start, you sign an engagement letter that sets out the services, the fee and what each of us is responsible for.

Fees
Fees are fixed and published. If your work changes, we agree a new fee with you before doing it. Prices on this website exclude VAT.

Ending the engagement
Either of us can end the engagement with one month’s notice. We’ll hand everything over to your next accountant.

Your responsibilities
You give us complete and accurate records in good time. The deadlines on this website are guidance; your own dates are confirmed in writing.

Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell Eleanor Farthing first. If we can’t put it right, you can contact the ICAEW.
